  • Usage: Only activated when you choose to take a photo from within the app
  • Storage: Photos are stored locally on your device only
STORAGE PERMISSION (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, 
  • Purpose: Enables you to select existing images from your gallery to attach to transactions and to create local backups of your data
  • Usage: Accessed only when you choose to attach images or create/restore backups
  • Storage: All data remains on your device
MICROPHONE PERMISSION (RECORD_AUDIO)
  • Purpose: Provides speech-to-text functionality for transaction descriptions, allowing you to speak instead of typing
  • Usage: Only activated when you use the voice input feature
  • Storage: Audio is processed locally and not stored or transmitted
BIOMETRIC PERMISSION (USE_BIOMETRIC)
  • Purpose: Allows you to secure your app with fingerprint authentication
  • Usage: Optional feature to protect your data with biometric lock
  • Storage: We do not store biometric data; authentication is handled by your device's secure system
INTERNET PERMISSION
  • Purpose: Required solely for displaying advertisements through Google AdMob
